Designed and built a suite of training courses for Volvo Trucks, improving product and sales knowledge for shop-floor staff and supporting consistent learning across teams.
Included was a diagnostic skills and capability assessment tool, comprising a series of incisive questions that pinpointed skills gaps across six key categories. The approach ensured that the employee could target their training more effectively.

Lloyds Banking Group
Multiple LBG branded courses scoped, designed and built.
The challenge was to transform extensive materials with complex information into manageable storyboards and eLearning courses, it was essential to distil the key messages from multiple sources, SMEs and stakeholders.

UKCPA
Scenario-based learning for medical proffessionals.
The aim was to provide national guidance and learning to professionals working in pharmacy.

Bentley Motors
Developed three technical training, scenario-driven courses for Bentley Motors, used worldwide to teach mechanics to effectively diagnose and resolve issues within automotive electrical systems.
The challenge was to recreate a realistic car environment and manual diagnostic process that guided mechanics to make the right decisions and identify and fix typical electrical faults.

Soil Association
The creation of multiple sustainability modules for the Soil Association, supporting organisational learning around environmental responsibility.
The Soil Association’s online course was an introduction to the opportunities and options for agroforestry and farm woodlands. The modules were English and also translated to Welsh.

Pyramid Analytics
The design and build of approx 40 step-by-step activity guides to train users of new systems software.
A highlights was a drop down menu added that eabled jumping to any step along each guide. Each step containing several sub-steps.
